Shared Practice

In the period from January 1 to January 31, 2026, there will be the opportunity to practice together online five times a week (without Daniel Hertlein, using MP3 instructions selected by him).

You can join in at any time and participate as often as you like.

Joint online participation at the Rifugio Vita Luminosa in Italy is possible as part of the weekly programme taking place there.

To enable you to use the instructions for your independent practice at home, we are happy to offer them for sale. You can find the yoga practice sequences and the dynamic meditation as MP3 recordings in our shop.

07:20 - 08:00: Silent meditation

Wednesday

06:30 - 07:00: Dynamic meditation (MP3)

07:05 - 07:45: Silent meditation

Thursday

06:30 - 07:25: Yoga exercises "Energetisches Erwachen" (MP3)

07:30 - 08:00: Silent meditation

Saturday (except: 10/01/2026)

06:30 - 07:30: Vinyasa Yoga exercise series (MP3)

07:35 - 08:00: Silent meditation

Sunday

06:30 - 07:00: Yoga exercises "Befreites leben" (MP3)

07:05 - 07:45: Guided meditation (MP3)

Prices:

• Participation in the shared online practice, without Daniel Hertlein: 40 EUR (for the entire cycle – can only be booked as a block)

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

Immediately after receiving the invoice, we kindly ask you to transfer the participation fee to the account specified in the invoice.

After successful booking, you will receive the access link for your online participation no later than one hour before the first event date. The link is valid for all dates of the practice cycle.

For this event, no refund is possible in case of cancellation.

We would like to point out that unauthorized photography, filming and recording of audio as well as the distribution, reproduction or publication of the contents of events is not permitted under copyright law, may violate the personal rights of other participants and may not take place without the organizer's consent. This applies to all events and online events conducted in the name of Daniel Hertlein.

At events, audio and video recordings as well as photos are taken on behalf of Daniel Hertlein and may be used for books, CDs, MP3s, the website and social media.
