On our inner journey, we pass through many gates.

The mind expands, and the soul shines ever more brightly in its light.

Little by little, we learn to let everything be in love and to allow ourselves to be guided by the heart’s original impulse.

That is why, for me, a pure heart is the highest realization.

And our spiritual practice allows us to remain close to it always.

(Daniel Hertlein)

Would you like to dive straight into Daniel Hertlein’s Spiritual Practice? To practise alongside him and others?

Our events offer a wide range of opportunities to do just that – from giving it a go to in-depth study.

What happens when we begin to truly connect with ourselves?

What if we don’t just move our bodies, but become aware of them; if we follow our breath; if we become more quiet and begin to listen inwardly? What if we feel more and more clearly what lives within us?

Over time, we discover what strengthens us and what requires our attention. We recognize connections, encounter new facets of our experience, and develop trust in our own perception. In this way, greater clarity can emerge.

Spiritual Practice is an invitation to explore ourselves – with openness and a willingness to rediscover who we are, time and again.

To explore and unfold.

The levels of teaching.

The practice follows a clear structure and is based on various stages of experience and unfoldment: asanas and bodywork, pranayama, meditation, Practice of mindfulness, spiritual healing, the spiritual world and mediumship, and self-inquiry.

These individual aspects are interconnected and embedded in a deeper understanding of the inner processes that are stimulated by the practice and guided within a safe space.

A key component of the practice is the conscious and systematic engagement with inherent energy.

Through regular practice, this energy is set in motion, triggering processes of purification and clarification. This brings inner issues to the surface, offering an opportunity to recognize, understand and transform them. Abilities and gifts may also emerge and be further cultivated and integrated.

In the traditional understanding, this work paves the way for the harmonious rise of the Kundalini energy – as part of a comprehensive process of inner unfoldment and realization.

Setting energy in motion.

Spiritual Practice as part of life.

The goal is not simply to recharge our energy for short periods of time, only to fall back into our usual patterns afterward. The practice is intended to bring increasing liberation and create space for spiritual growth.

Study, satsang, discussions, and practical experiences offer guidance and foster a perspective that keeps one’s own energy in balance. This gives rise to an inner clarity that helps us express what lies deep within us in our own lives.

These various methods all serve a common purpose: to transcend limitations, gain self-awareness, and live more and more in harmony with one’s true nature.

A path to greater freedom, awareness, and realization.

The yoga and meditation practice combines energy exercises, traditional healing practices from Hatha Yoga, as well as dynamic, guided, and silent meditations. It helps us purify both the physical and subtle body and explore the various dimensions of our being.

Breathing and mindfulness exercises also support us in our daily lives by helping us stay present and cultivate a steady inner contemplation. We accept life as our teacher and, through our spiritual training, learn to shape it in a more luminous way. Transformative words of wisdom deepen this process.

“Practice of Abundance” means turning toward the stirrings of our soul with complete openness and unconditional acceptance. We learn to mindfully guide feelings of lack back to the heart. In this way, we create space for inner transformation: we become increasingly aware of the abundance that lies within us and can live more and more from it.

As the practice progresses “the heaven opens up more and more” and the spiritual world begins to communicate more clearly with us. We learn to get in touch with the masters of our hearts – through prayers and invocations – and deepen the relationship with them.

By absorbing their fine healing energies, we experience purifying transformational processes and inner openings that allow us access to the divine source.

In our relationship with Daniel Hertlein, we open ourselves to a honest, direct guidance as well as to blessings that extend far beyond spiritual practices. Through him, we are guided in satsang toward the highest realization – the realization of the oneness of all that is.

Enlightenment is not something we can achieve through effort. It is neither the next temporary event nor an eternal state on the relative plane of experience. It is a divine gift of grace to which we can turn in devotion.

The Path to Realization according to Daniel Hertlein ...

… is a holistic practice that enables people to refine their perception and expand their consciousness. It invites us to gain a deep understanding of ourselves and to live our true nature more and more fully.
