Shared practice

From July 1st to 31st, 2026, there will be five opportunities per week to practice together online (without Daniel Hertlein, with audio instructions selected by him).

You can join and dial in at any time, whenever and as often as you like.

Joint online participation at Rifugio Vita Luminosa in Italy is possible as part of the weekly program taking place there.

To enable you to use the instructions from these weeks for your own practice at home, we are pleased to offer them for purchase. You can find the yoga sequences and the dynamic meditation as audio recordings in our shop .

06:00 - 06:45: Yoga exercise series "Durchatmen" (audio recording)

06:50 - 07:30: Guided meditation (audio recording)

Wednesday

06:00 - 06:30: Dynamic Meditation (Audio Recording)

06:35 - 07:15: Meditation in silence

Thursday

06:00 - 06:55: Yoga exercise series "Energetisches Erwachen" (audio recording)

7:00 - 7:30: Silent meditation

Saturday

6:00 - 7:00: Vinyasa Yoga exercise series (audio recording)

7:05 - 7:30: Silent meditation

Sunday

06:00 - 06:30: Yoga exercise series "Befreites leben" (audio recording)

06:35 - 07:15: Guided meditation (audio recording)

Prices:

• Participation in the shared online practice, without Daniel Hertlein: 40 EUR (for the entire month – bookable only as a block)

Payment terms and cancellation policy:

Immediately upon receiving the invoice, we ask you to transfer the participation fee to the account specified in the invoice.

After successful booking, you will receive the access link for your online participation no later than one hour before the first event. The link is valid for all sessions of the practical training series.

No refunds are available for this event in case of cancellation.

We would like to point out that unauthorized photography/filming and audio recording, as well as the distribution, reproduction, or publication of event content, is prohibited by copyright law, may infringe the personal rights of other participants, and is not permitted without the organizer's consent. This applies to all events and online events conducted on behalf of Daniel Hertlein.

At events, sound and film recordings as well as photos are made on behalf of Daniel Hertlein and used for further processing for books, CDs, MP3s, the website and social media.
