In each Italy Intensive Retreat at the Rifugio Vita Luminosa, you deepen your spiritual practice through energy and breathing exercises as well as guided and silent meditations. In Satsangs, Daniel Hertlein addresses your specific experiences, insights and questions.
Within the event series "The Pillars of Practice" the focus is on teaching basic techniques, which are practiced and deepened together in order to be able to continue practicing them independently afterwards and integrating them into everyday life.
