Spiritual Practice.
The basics of a true initiation path.
Through the application of an effective, clear and evolving spiritual practice, there are deeper and deeper insights into the dimensions of being. All the elements are interwoven and complement each other. They meet us at different stages of inner development, promote and stabilize us.

On our inner journey we pass through many gates.
The mind expands and the soul shines ever brighter in its light.
Little by little, we learn to let everything be in love and to let ourselves be brought forth by the original impulse of the heart. Therefore, for me, a pure heart is the highest realization. And our spiritual practice always lets us be close to it.
(Daniel Hertlein)

The yoga and meditation practice consists of energy exercises, of traditional healing exercises from Hatha Yoga as well as dynamic, guided and silent meditations that help us to clarify both the gross and the subtle body and to explore the different dimensions of our being.

The breath and mindfulness practice supports us in being present and cultivating constant introspection, in the midst of our everyday life, which we can accept as a teacher and shape it more lightful through our spiritual training. This also includes the application of transformational wisdom sentences.

In the "Practice of Abundance" we pay attention to the stirrings of our soul. An attitude of complete acceptance is essential for this as well as it is the foundation for transformation.
We learn to lead a felt lack back to our heart, to transform it and to be out of the abundance we have experienced.

As the practice progresses "the heaven opens up more and more" and the spiritual world begins to communicate more clearly with us. We learn to get in touch with the masters of our hearts - through prayers and invocations - and deepen the relationship with them.
By absorbing their fine healing energies, we experience purifying transformational processes and inner openings that allow us access to the divine source.

In our relationship with Daniel Hertlein we open ourselves to a honest, direct guidance as well as blessings that go far beyond spiritual practices. Through him, in Satsang, we are pointed to the highest realization—the realization of the oneness of all being.
Enlightenment is not something we can achieve through effort. It is not the next temporary event nor is it an eternal state on the relative level of experience. It is a divine gift of grace that we can turn to in devotion.
